Bid Management: 2M Associates provide Bid Management Services to Contractors/Developers and Consortia bidding for; PFI/PPP, Design and Build, Partnering Contracts, and 2 stage/single stage lump sum projects. In addition to overall management of the design and tendering process 2M provide direct advice and input in relation to all areas in relation to programming, buildability and construction methodology.

Project Programming: Project programming, as well as being an integral part of project and bid management can be provided as a separate service. Programmes are generated on computer and provided in hard copy and electronic format as required by the Client. As part of the service progress monitoring can be carried out and marked up on an on-going basis for live projects.

Construction Advice: 2M Associates provide Construction advice on technical issues, commercial viability, production/progress projections and environment health and safety. This service has been used by grant awarding/funding institutions in assessment of applications for funding but is equally available and relevant to any client considering a project.

Project Monitoring: 2M Associates provide a comprehensive project monitoring service reporting to clients on project performance in relation to the following aspects of a project; funding, financial viability, costs and cash flow, project management, procurement, quality, statutory consents, commissioning and completion. Cost Planning & Management: 2M Associates provide cost advice and cost management services at all stages of a project. Services include feasibility studies, cost planning, value management, project procurement, cost monitoring, final accounts, claims and dispute resolution.
